ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Prices on our website are shown in $AUD, which includes 10% GST. We accept PayPal payments or payment by direct deposit, and payment must be made prior to our shipping your purchase. We aim to ship within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. If you choose to pay by direct deposit, we will keep your order open for three days. If payment has not cleared after 3 business days you will be contacted and we will request an alternative payment method.
We ship our jewellery within Australia using Australia Post express service with tracking and signature on delivery. We request that you advise a secure postal address for your parcel.
We currently do not offer international shipping within our online store, but we are working towards making this available in the near future. If you would like a piece shipped internationally, please contact us on (08)9756 6336 or email@example.com and we will supply you with a quote and estimated delivery time.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size. All dimensions are listed on each individual piece, please read these carefully. The colour of any stones or pearls in the images may vary slightly from the actual piece.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
John Miller Design jewellery is handmade in Yallingup, and each piece goes through quality control. Should a purchase be received by you in a damaged or faulty condition, please do not wear it but contact us immediately so that we can discuss the problem.
If it is agreed that you will return the piece, please return the item within 14 days.
We may either exchange or offer a credit to the value of the purchase. You must return your purchase in its original condition and packaging, with the sales receipt. If the item is not in it’s original condition, we cannot accept the return. The cost of returning your purchase remains your responsibility.
We suggest that you choose your purchase wisely, as we do not offer a refund/exchange should you just change your mind.

We suggest express post with a signature on delivery to ensure you can track your parcel as we do not accept responsibility for goods you have sent that are lost in transit. Please ensure your package is wrapped suitably to protect it from damage.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase.
PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
When you purchase a piece of John Miller Design jewellery, we will keep a record of your name, mailing & phone information and details of the purchase, so that we can refer to this to assist in future purchases. We also ask for your email details to add to our mailing list. Should you not wish to receive these newsletters, please unsubscribe.
